Quick Question

Ok, having not played the game in a year and a half, I was creating some NPC wizards tonight, one of whom the party will fight tomorrow during the game.

I spent 10 minutes trying to look up Ranged Touch Attack for his ray spells, but could not find out if the to hit for them is modified by Dex or not.

Are they like regular ranged attacks that are modified by Dex?

A quick answer would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

They are modified by DEX.

Yep, they're ranged attacks, they just ignore armor and natural armor bonuses. (And shield bonuses if you play 3.5, where it's a different type.)

Ah, grasshopper. Photoshop-fu is not learned easily. In time, though, it will come to you like the wind comes to the sea.

That said, I use an Igrafx / Interactive Dungeion combo and it seems to be OK for dungeon maps. Check out the latest pages in my PbP game to see the kind of maps I make pretty easily.

For world maps, well, AutoRealm helps, but true maps must come from within. Frankly, I'd recommend sketching them by hand and scanning them in. Faster, easier, and 9/10's of the time it looks better.
