An attempt at some helpful advice.
There's always a new crop of threads being talked about on this board. In order to get someone to drop in and read your post, you want to have a good subject header. It is best to have a more descriptive and informative hook. "A quick question" is quite generic, almost boring. Being more specific about what you wish to address is better. You would have been much better off using your first sentance as a subject header.
Additionally, if ever the search function is reactivated, someone might be looking for a this thread and "A quick question" is of little help. Now granted it's not a very likely scenario that someone would be searching for this very thread, but I'm sure you get my point.
