quick wind wall question

would a brilliant energy arrow pass through a wind wall spell? or would it be deflected upwards like any other arrow/bolt ??

I would say the arrow is deflected like any other arrow. The description of brilliant energy states that just the arrowhead is energy, meaning the rest of the arrow is normal wood.

Although it always annoyed me that you can't enchant a Brilliant Energy Longbow.

"Look! We've provided a weapon enhancement that explains Hank the Ranger's Energy Bow! Only... you can't use it on a projectile weapon."
