Or should Slow simply counter Greater Alacrity for the duration of the spell, i.e. the Quickling loses the 120', +5 AC and extra standard action, but doesn't get the extra -1 penalty on attack rolls, AC, and Reflex saves? (And if so, is it fair for a 3rd level spell to counter an ability which is far more powerful than Haste?)
