ooc: Can you explain how Tor gets two attacks this round, because I don't see it.

ooc: He doesn't. I posted two attacks because I was concerned I was slowing things down. The second one is for next round. Sorry for the confusion.

Gideon tries to pin Drezel to the ground again, but can't maintain his leverage on the wily gnome-rat.

Fimble reloads his crossbow and fires a bolt at the grappling pair, striking Drezel.

Babette tries to stab the wererat once again, but can't find a suitable opening.

OOC: Two things. First, Fimble's name is Fimble, not Drezel. =D And second, it's the end of round 7. Round 6 ended in this post.

Also, I've been jumping the gun a little bit for this entire battle. It's been confusing everybody, I think, and for that I apologize. :heh: I went back through to figure out exactly what Fimble's actions were, and I think I misinterpreted Dungannon's post back in Round 1. You said:

Fimble moves around the carriage and attempts to talk Drezel into stopping, but there is no effect that he can see.
In my eagerness, I took that to mean that Drezel made his will save vs. Fimble's charm person spell. But now I see that it was still Round 1, and Fimble had just cast charm person on Otto! So really Fimble has had one more charm person this whole time, which he intended to use at the very beginning. Not that it matters anymore, it's a little late to be making friends with either Drezel or Otto.

Beginning of round 8

Drezel tries to free himself of Gideon's grasp once and for all.

Metrius uses a minor orison to stabilize Otto, then prepares to bind the thug.

ooc: I've been making a mistake, one in Gideon's favor, that I'm not going to bother going back to redo, but from this point forward it's corrected. I was shorting Drezel a few points on his escape grapple checks.

Drezel's escape grapple check = 23.

Gideon needs to make his opposed grapple check before I can resolve Tor's attack and post an accurate battlemap.
