Illithid Bards would have max ranks in Perform (Performance Eating), of course (as seen in The Illithiad)

Ogre Wizard? I've made up an Ogre Mage, actually. 'Course, when you remember the "Mage" in 1st Ed. meant "16th-Level Magic-User," I've got an Ogre Wiz16. Str 20, Dex 12, Con 17, Int 15, Wis 12, Cha 4.

Sure, he can only cast spells of up to 5th level, but he can still use his 6th, 7th, and 8th-level spell slots to cast any of his 0th-5th-level spells...

Oh, and "Weird Al" Yankovich ROCKS!!!

Race/Class Combination that should not be

Halfling Thief. For a Player Character

And if have ever seen a PC play one yo'll know what I mean. They put Mary Gentle's Grunts book to shame.
