Race .PDFs for a Buck?

Don't skimp on description. Good descriptions make monsters and races come alive. The 3e MM does a poor job on this. 2e was better and gave more for a DM to work with.

MM3 does a really good job; best of the bunch (MM, MM2, MM3, & FF).

I've bought each of these. They are good products that are done in a manner that I feel is just right for a short race book.
