Races of Destiny Release Date

The Dec 31st release date sounds great to me. I can purchase it before I leave for Iraq!

The past few releases have been near the middle of the month, IIRC.

I would guess (and it's just a guess) that it might be out this Friday. (Holiday shipping allowing, of course.)

Amazon states it's date of publication as Dec 31st

Amazon always has the last day of the month as a release date for WoTC books and it is rarely accurate.

Most of their recent releases shipped 2 to 3 weeks earlier than listed.

Mine is a review copy, but I never receive them before they've been released. Heck, lately it's been closer to a month after their release before I get my copies. I haven't had the chance to check the store where I work, but I'd bet that we will have copies this week or next at the latest.

The distributor Alliance Games listed this in their new releases on Tuesday (12/14), which usually means it will be in my local game stores in St. Louis by Friday.
