Raised on Lamia's milk

What would be an appropriate effect to impose on a character who was raised on lamia's milk?

I'm thinking -2 wisdom, +2 charisma, and an additional preferred class of sorceror.

And don't say, "Lamiae don't give milk" or "Why would anyone do that?" because it's already a done deal in my game.

Well, could you tell us why any new abilities or favored classes are needed? It's not as if it's a new race; a human born is still a human, unless the lamia's milk changed it in some way (Milk does a body good).

But in any case, if ability changes are needed, and was a human raised in the wild I would picture them as more hardy (str, con) and less 'civilized' (int, wis, cha).

I'd give access to the domain sorceror class (maybe require at least one level).

Alternately, I'd go for the -2 wis, +2 charisma but I wouldn't give an additional favored class--it would either remain the same or change to sorceror.
