For reference of those unbelievers

It's the shape of the head, wide towards the back with two lumps, and tapering towards a smaller bump at the front, sloping towards the trunk.

I can't find many pictures of Knees or elephant heads. I am being serious, bring the knee up so that the calf is against the thigh. I think it works better with your right knee.

I think you'll find a lot of variation when it comes to what people's knees look like. For instance, when I do what you suggest, my knee looks like a peanut.
