Random Tribe Generator

I like the town generator in the DMG. Does anybody had made a similar approach in a random tribe generator. I know of a random tribe name generator but I mean a whole random tribe generator (not neccessary a program ) with tables for different races, tribe sizes, class of the chieftain, speciality of the tribe, etc...

I'm currently making a program do that, and also make the groups those tribes (and organizations) deploy for different missions.

When I reach a Beta version, I'll make it available.
