This feat is on page 32 of the Book of Nine Swords.
RAPID ASSAULT
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1
Benefit: In the first round of combat, your melee attacks deal an extra 1d6 points of damage.
So does that mean you don't get the benefit of this feat during the surprise round, but you do start getting the benefit when the first normal round comes?
