Rapid Shot/Many Shot

One of my players has a level 7 ranger with 19 Dex (so, ranged attack bonus of +11) with Rapid Shot and Many Shot (from the combat styles). We wanted to double check about the rules for many shot and rapid shot. Can he Rapid Shot a Many Shot if he uses a full-round action?

No. Manyshot is a standard action. Rapid Shot is usable with only a full attack action. So they can't be combined.

No, rapid shot and manyshot cannot be used together. Manyshot requires a standard action, while rapid shot requires a full attack. A full attack results in multiple attacks, not multiple standard actions.

Of course with the belt of battle from MIC, you can do a full round rapid shot followed by a standard multishot!!

With Celerity, you can move, do a Multishot, then a full round of Rapid Shots, all with any Skirmish you may want to work in there somewhere..
