Save them up for Secret Santa gift exchanges at work and such. My "favorite" gift we received at our wedding was a pot that, according to the several stores at which we attempted to return it, was never sold by itself - and was most recently available only as a bonus given away with the purchase of a much nicer cookware set. We didn't even bother waiting to re-gift it. We promptly gave it away.
