Has anyone bought this product? I'm not really looking for reviews, but I'm wondering if it's D20 Modern, or some other d20 product.

I believe this is a followup to the earlier RLRP books like Somalia and Afgahnistan, which don't use d20 Modern.

[Personally, I'll stick with Blood and Guts. Because Chuck Rice gives me a nickel everytime I mention one of his books.]

I have the first in the set (Afghanistan) and it is not d20 modern. It uses its own system of d20. Personally, I like the autofire weapons rules from d20 Afghanistan. But otherwise... meh.

Afghanistan: d20 was published before d20 Modern entered the market. Somalia: d20 took advantage of the d20 Modern ruleset. I'm guessing it will follow suit with Colombia: d20 ... assuming it will be available if not now.

Yeah - I have Afghanistan d20, which isn't d20 Modern, but I am 99.9999% sure that the later two books are for d20 Modern.

Has anybody actually bought the product? I'm a bit leery of spending $20 US on a product if I can't use it.

I have Afghanistan: d20 and Somalia: d20.

I have Colombia. It's definately D20 Modern- it has advanced classes, the whole bit. Good book IMO (as was Somalia).

BTW, what's new and different in Colombia apart from the Somalia book?
