Really strange email...

Speaking of weird emails. I just got this one last week:

Hi gumshoe!

Hopefully you're out of the office by now. Thankyou so much for the email the other night...it was busy otherwise I would have gotten back to you sooner. I hope all is well and that we get a chance to hang out this weekend. You'll have to meet my new better half - I think he could be responsible for partially breaking my tailbone (true story) but it's all a labour of love.

Check ya' later,

Kendra

turns out, she'd sent it to "curtisbennett@gmail.com" when I am, in fact "curtis.bennett@gmail.com". I notified gmail of a potential bug. I wrote her back and told that she had the wrong person, that I would notify gmail of the bug, and that I hoped her tailbone got to feelin' better.

telling me how they can improve my schtick. make it more appealing to women. make it longer. and so forth...

Luckily some of us have a schtick that perfectly fine just the way it is. :)

One time about 8 or 9 years ago I received an abusive tirade by email from a teenage girl who was upset because she searched "No Doubt" on the web and just got my web page, which had nothing to do with the band. I had several hours of great fun yanking her chain though.

I cracked a couple of my wife's ribs before but I've never "partially broken her tailbone".

Maybe I need to "work on my schtick".

Yes. :) I'm no sex expert, but if you regularly break your partners' bones during intercourse, you're doing something wrong. :)

I didn't say "regularly". I only aim to "partially break the tailbone" on special occasions.
