Hi all, this is my second attempt at a prestige class so rip it apart if you would. I need to hear all the critcism so it will be deemed enworld approved!
Reaper of the White Mask
Throughout the history of Toril, it wasn’t until war that people bound together. It wasn’t until destruction that the greatest of keeps were built. It wasn’t until plague that concern stirred in the hearts of every man. It is through these beliefs that the Reapers of Strife were born.
The Reapers of Strife originally began as an organization of merchants profiting off the wars that ravaged the land. It wasn’t until the end of the great wars that the greed of the reapers subsided, and the first edicts of the order were created. It was during this time of the mercantile art that the first Reapers of the White Mask appeared.
Positive strife brings together people and places like nothing else can. It also allows the damaged to be renewed, and the lands to be turned over to new generations. The Reaper’s of Strife held on to these ideals and gave social and magical instruction to their elite. These Reapers of the White Mask would serve Toril by creating positive strife in places that had become docile and infertile. While not creating outright war in most cases, some cases have proved in history that war on a grand scale was facilitated by a reaper.

To qualify to become a Reaper of the White Mask, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Alignment: Any Neutral
Skills: Diplomacy 6 ranks, Sense Motive 6 ranks, Profession (Any two) 4 ranks, Intimidate 4 ranks
Feats: Skill Focus (Diplomacy), Skill Focus (Sense Motive)
Special Abilities: Sneak Attack +2d6
Special: Must be associated with the Reapers of Strife, Must over course of membership accumulate at least 30,000 gp strictly from the application of strife
Class Skills:
The Reaper of Strife’s class skills are Appraise, Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, Forgery, Gather Information, Intimidate, Knowledge (local), Profession (any), Sense Motive, Sleight of Hand, Use Magic Device

Class Features:All of the following are class features of the Reaper of the White Mask prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Reaper of the White Mask gains no proficiency with any weapons, armor, or shields.
Skill Boost(ex): A Reaper of the White Mask uses his tongue of manipulation to bend others to his will. He gains a bonus on all bluff, diplomacy, sense motive, and intimidate checks equal to one half of his character level.
Telepathy(su): A Reaper of the White Mask first learns how the mind works in order to control it. In doing so he is also taught how to speak to others using only his mind. He may telepathically speak with any creature within 120 feet that has a language.
Lamb of Strife(sp): A Reaper of the White Mask can influence a creature more easily by using tricks of the mind. Treat this as the spell suggestion (save dc 13 + charisma modifier) with a duration of 12 hours. This ability is usable a number of times per day equal to the Reaper of the White Mask’s charisma modifier.
Dominating Aura(su): A Reaper of the White Mask is immune to fear and fear effects, while imposing a - 4 penalty to fear effects to enemies within the radius. A Reaper of the White Mask who also had this same ability from taking levels in Reaper of the Black Mask has the aura’s radius stack with one another and creates the equivalent of a fear spell (dc 14 + charisma modifier). This effect lasts until the affected moves out of the radius and for 5 rounds afterwards.
Unsettling Visage(su): A Reaper of the White Mask may create a white light (equivalent to torchlight) that emits from his eyes at will. While in this state the Reaper of the White Mask may take a full round action to target any one creature up to 50 feet away. If the target fails a will save(dc 13 + charisma modifier), he is bestowed the curse of strife. The curse is carried with the target until a certain condition has elapsed. The next being that the cursed sees that has an alignment dramatically opposed to his, he sees as committing an act profoundly unsettling. The cursed, when confronting this person, perceives only the most vile of answers and the worst of sneers regardless of what the person is actually doing. The curse may be used a number of times per day equal to the Reaper of the White Mask’s constitution modifier.
Consumed Mind(ex): A Reaper of the White Mask gains a competence bonus to all saves equal to their intelligence modifier.
Unforgivable Visage(su): A Reaper of the White Mask may emit a blinding white light from his eyes that has a radius of 15 feet. Treat this as the blindness spell (dc 12 + charisma modifier). This ability is usable a number of rounds a day equal to the Reaper of the White Mask’s constitution modifier multiplied by two. Regardless of the outcome of the save, any creature other than the Reaper of the White Mask is effectively blinded while in the radius. The blindness effect lasts for 5 rounds, unless the save was critically missed, with the blindness in that case being permanent. While in this state, the Reaper of the White Mask’s curse of strife becomes devastatingly strong. The save dc increases to (dc 20 + charisma modifier). Also when confrontation occurs, the cursed must also make a fort save (dc 20 + constitution modifier) or become enraged as a barbarian until the person is slain or 4d4 rounds elapse. This enhanced curse is usable one time per day.
True Lies(sp): A Reaper of the White Mask can reach into a creatures mind and modify his memories as the spell, modify memory (dc 16 + charisma modifier). This ability can be used a number of times per tenday equal to the Reaper of the White Mask’s charisma modifier.
Reapers Visage(sp): A Reaper of the White Mask may create a mask of ever-shifting lights about his face. While this mask is in place, any creature within 30 feet viewing it is subject to the spell, Phantasmal Killer(dc 19 + cha modifier). This ability is physically taxing, and each time it is used it bestows 1 negative level to the user until 24 hours have passed. Otherwise this ability is usable a number of times per tenday equal to the Reaper of the White Mask’s constitution modifier halved(rounded down).
Lamb of Fanaticism(sp): A Reaper of the White Mask gains the ability to dominate a person(dc 19 +charisma modifier) once per day. The duration is 24 hours.
