4E looks really like a hit among them. They were pretty happy with 3.5, but disliked the useage of feet and pounds as standard measurement units.

I've also heard that the Elder Gods are very happy with the 4E combat rules. Finally a battle mat geometry that makes sense to them. A little less happy with the DDI, though. There is still debate about the Virtual Game Table - they need support for all 10 dimensions, but let's be honest - as long as nVidea doesn't create a DirectX or Open GL compatible 10-D graphics accelerator card, you can forget about the VTT...

Simple. A Halfling is half a ling. I don't know what a ling is exactly, but I know that the German word for butterfly is "Schmetterling".*
And an Ogre is a large, green skinned humanoid that likes to live in Swamps and makes friends with Donkeys...


* A friend of mine once told me that "ling" was a negation, since butterflies obviously don't actually "dash" (schmettern). Interestingly, I just noted that "schmettern" can also be translated as "shiver", and suddenly, the word makes sense. Off course my friend was joking when he said that...
