They had another thread very similar to this one recently.

Deadlands is my personal favorite. The game is a mix of wild west, horror, and steampunk, and it's easy to vary the mix. It's basically an alternate timeline wild west game, in which magic returned in a slightly twisted way. Among other things, demons give mad inspiration to inventors, allowing for advanced steamtech that works but can sometimes be unreliable. The overall tech level is also advanced slightly in certain areas.

Etherscope is another game that hasn't been mentioned here. Gurps Steampunk is great to mine for ideas.

The Iron Kingdoms, hands down!!!

This is a highly detailed Setting, with Steamtech deep ingrained in the Background. There are even steampowered Warmachines, called Warjacks, and the mechanika doesn´t seem to be an addon to a vanilla setting.

It´s very humanocentric, has some ecellent sourcebooks and even an own Minisline to boot.

Oh, and the system it uses is d20

100% agree with this recommendation. I have the books and the setting is steamtech awesomeness.

Definitely agree as far as the setting goes.

Yes, although unfortunately a lot of their d20 rules interpretations leave a lot to be desired... what I wouldn't give for a revised IK book with better written rules (maybe Pathfinder based, or even True20 or 4e).

Edit: and it looks as though I'm getting my wish, although they do stress it's still a long way off!
