First things first:

Secondly, while I still haven't gotten my book back, I did get the .pdf version. So, fortified with the stuff Douane sent, I might be able to come up with something. However, .pdf's are harder to read - I don't think I'll be able to read the entire book by Sunday on .pdf

I'm not sure actually. I just browsed through my old files and noticed it there. Anyway, I DID NOT send this .pdf to you. I repeat - there is no such .pdf that was sent to you. This large size file is not currently travelling through the wires of the internet
