Reduce person and hide bonus

If Reduce Person is cast on a medium-sized humanoid, would they gain the +4 hide bonus and the -4 grapple bonus, along with other miscelleaneous modifiers for being small? On the one hand the text of the spell seems to specifically spell out the benefits of the spell, so it may not be safe to assume the answer is yes (as it also doesn't affect movement). On the other hand the target would become small.

Movement penalties as well? I just recall that you don't get faster with the Enlarge Person spell...

Movement's not strictly a function of size, though, which complicates matters. If the spell doesn't have a way to deal with it, I think I'd just leave it -- though reducing by a third or adding a quarter (reduce/enlarge) might not be a bad idea.

Edit: Changing speed would be a house rule, IMO, while Hide bonus/penalty and grapple penalty/bonus would be strictly by the rules.

Reduce person gives you -2 str and +2 dex (I think) and also reduces you 1 size category.. which includes the hide bonus, grapple penalty, trip penalty, ac bonus, chance to hit bonus, decreased damage die on weapons, and anything else that is strictly a function of size. It doesn't include movement speed, so a shrunk human is still faster than an enlarged halfling.
