"Refire the Forge" (L16 Moradun Avenger Utility)

Okay.
1. The feat that lets you swap a Rogue Utility for an Avenger utility, can I pick it twice so I can have 2 Avenger Utilites.

2. Its only 1 feat as I am M/C into avenger anyway for Nova 2 rounds of standard and minor action attacks, dailys and combo's.
Plus to get a symbol slot "Victory Sumbol" to get an extra AP per day (2 symobls actually), and I have some powers activating off an AP like slaying action and Martial something or other.

3. When you read the Moradin Avenger flavour you see it fits well, as the Rogue is an outcast and has vengeance issues already.

4. Being a Crit Farmer of sorts, the Avenger "Kord" feat that push's enemeis on a crit (7 - 8 squares) is also very useful combined with Overwhelming Critial.
As we have determined Avengers can have multiple gods as per Divine Power.

5. Steel Entrapment, combines with Whirlwind Sneak Attack and slaying action, and Martial Mastery with extra AP's is huge AOE damage, which I can create 3 times per Encounter, combine this with Moradin Utility.

Think thats about it.
1. Nope, you cannot take a feat more then once unless it specifically says you can (see Linguist for an example of a feat you can take more then once.)

This is a pretty standard build. It isn't like the Rogue builds that do 1,000+ in a Nova, or The Slayer build that literally has a mathematically significant chance of doing infinite damage because of recursive attacks.

How are you spending an AP three times per encounter exactly btw? That'd be a neat trick.

Steel Enrapment 3 times per encounter

Steel Enrapment 3 times per encounter

That doesn't answer the question of how you spend 3AP/encounter. I don't know which question it would answer. Maybe you could explain this statement.

EDIT: I think I figured what you are trying to say.

You can create additional APs with the symbol of victory. BUT you are still limited to 1AP/encounter. Even if you had 10AP to spend you couldn't b/c you can spend only 1AP/encounter unless an ability/etc. states it bypasses this general rule.

So you can use Steel Entrapment >> use 1 AP recover Steel Entrapment (Martial Mastery) >> and use Steel Entrapment once more that's it. You have sneak attack enhancing feats that apply but that doesn't change the fact of how often you can use an encounter power or the number of APs per encounter that you can spend.

If you don't have an ability/power/item/etc. that changes the rules in your favor it's as I said.

Multiclass into Bard and take War Chanter, and travel with a Legendary General.
War Chanter prereq is Virtue of Valor, you need to be either hybrid and take it as hybrid talent or a single-class bard. I know how I'd do it, I'm wondering how he is going to do it, since he clearly isn't depending on his party.

But as it turns out was just poor phrasing on his part.

Pssssh.

He claimed to spend AP three times?

Okay.

The point 5 starts with Steel Entrapment, .....

......, which I can create 3 times per encounter.

Sorry if this English confused you guys, wasnt as clear as I could have beem

Anyway now thats cleared up.

With being able to repeat quite a powerful Encounter Power (WSA) and being Hidden thru Cunning Sneak and Dark Deeds, you can blast 5 with SA damage.

But with this Utility you can also get back a huge amount of HP's as well.

And in reference to another thread, the Cunning Sneak is a great melee option for Rogue if you have your Rogue set up right.
Then if you can achieve Hidden, say shift 1 and deft strike 2, you can avoid 100% of OA's and have an effective +5 to defences in melee as well.
