Refresher on Reserve feats

I'm sitting here kind of brainstorming on some PC ideas, and I thought it might be interesting to use Reserve feats on my next PC.

I can't recall where they were introduced, however, and I was trying to recall if they could be taken as Wizards' bonus feats. Can anyone point me at the relevant text?

There is no text indicating that in the Complete Mage to the best of my knowledge and reading ability.

Just looked it up:

CompMage p37: "A wizard can take a reserve feat as her bonus feat at 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th level, in place of a metamagic or item creation feat."

http://dndtools.eu/feats/categories/reserve/ has a list of all the published reserve feats, though I expect there's at least one Dragon Mag issue where they exist as well.

But yes, Ragmon's right. They're only in CM or CCh. Danny's also right in that they can be taken as a wizard's bonus feat.
