Archspell - wizard epic destiny. Lvl 24 Recover your 'signature spell' daily arcane attack power 1/day when you die. Lvl 30 choose one daily, it becomes an encounter power for you.

Benefit: Sacrifice an ally to regain the use of a Daily Power. You may not do this more than ten times per encounter.

The only problem with this power is that, unless they are willing, it will work exactly never.

Unless your DM rules it can work on the unwilling, in which case, it will work exactly once. Unless your party of adventurers are idiots who enjoy being killed by their compatriot just to get a fireball.

If you take the Spellstorm Mage paragon path (wizard only), then once per day you can make a Wisdom check to attempt to recover an expended spell. On a check result of 21 or better, you can recover a Daily Attack spell.
