Rejected Dungeon Submissions

(snip) Also, commanding the operation to restore Drelnza is Agony, an (awakened) living spell (the living spell template is from the Monster Manual III) of the spells power leech and psychic poison (both from the Book of Vile Darkness) accidently created by one of Iuz’s Boneheart, and further modified by Iggwilv herself, Agony is one of her new lieutenants. I can't begin to tell you how much I like this idea for a villain!

Thanks! :) I'm glad that despite my apparently terrible English, you like the idea. I tried to think of the most unique foe I could, and using some of the vile spells from the BoVD as living spells seemed to fit the bill. Just for reference, living spells are oozes, and the spell awaken ooze is from "Monstrous Magic" in Dragon #304.

Other than Dungeon Magazine who else accepts adventure proposals?
Would somone be kind enough to list the companies that do?
I assumed that the other (d20) companies had their own writers and wouldn't bother with adventure submissions because they lack the "magazine of adventures" format.

There's really too many to list. Simply start looking at the websites of d20 publishers and check their submission guidelines.

The only two that I know of are Goodman Games and Necromancer Games.

Also there's probably some .pdf publishers out there.

Mongoose Publishing's Signs & Portents magazine always had an adventure in the back of each issue. (I had two of mine published there.) They've recently reformatted their magazine, however: now there are two versions of it (one for RPGs, one for miniatures), and both versions are PDF only (and absolutely free!). Still, I imagine the RPG version will continue to include an adventure in the back of every electronic issue.
