Pathfinder 1E Reloading Hands - Advanced Firearms

Does it work? RAW it seems it only works with basic firearms.

It works fine with advanced firearms, though obviously it is not as useful. Once a round, some phantom dude opens up your revolver and puts a bullet into an empty chamber. This being magic, it doesn't quite have to make real-world sense.

Well the reason why I asked...."Once per round, phantom hands load a single ranged weapon or firearm with conjured ammunition."

The way that is worded, it loads the weapon (completely).

I agree that is a reasonable result for a level 2 spell, though at higher levels taking Leadership to gain a Gun Reload Specialist as a cohort would look cooler! Make him a Barbarian so (1) he has lots of HP to survive running into battle, and (2) so he can go berserk and beat the crap out of anyone who interrupts his primary task!
