Requesting last minute detail ideas for tomorrows DS game (my players stay out!!!!)

The gist is one of our players is nobilitiy (ie dragon), and was responsible for entertaining an emissaries daughter. The emissary belongs to an as yet undefined foreign empire. Said daughter gets out, and now the party has to find her.

The catch; the nobility in question are black dragons, and the daughter is a bit naive (she comes from an incredibly pious and lawful [not nessecarily good] empire). She runs into a gang thinking it will be fun and games. The gang sells her to someone known for procuring creatures for various uses (slaves, experiments, exotic food stuffs, etc). She's in heap big trouble, and the group needs to find her before her little light is extinguished.

The main body is complete, but ideas/suggestions are always helpful. What do you suggest?

Wait... you run dragonstar? I'm running dragonstar! (i thought I was the only person!)

Hum... slavers you say? Okay... they follow a hot tip, which leads them to a real dive of a tavern (name like "Dead Freddie's" or something). Once inside, they ask the bartender about Bad NPC X, who hears them asking about him (or her, Female slavers are more dramatic for some reason) Brief bar fight ensues, but the bar is cramped, so they can't get into any kind of tactical position, and she's big on dramatic movements (jumping across the tables to get away). She goes out the door and leaps into a truck, (big, Boxy kind used by movers and to cary cargo around cities?) and speeds off. They might try stealing a vehicle (if they don't have one) to give chase. The chase ends badly (wreck) and the woman escapes. The truck is filled with people in (high-tech) manacles, fortunately, noone is too badly hurt. And there's one empty space where someone was in manacles...

definitely a good start!

Yea, been running DS for a while. Incorporated IK's magic item system though. Dragon Mags dragons as player character issues has really opened up playing nobility as well.

The trail leads to a lost city/complex in (the sewers / wilderness / earthquake buried crevasse) where slavers and black market traders from all over the continent converge. The PCs must go undercover. The presence of so many bad guys makes overt fighting/rescue a problem. Perhaps the heroes get into a bidding war for the daughter, and are out-bid by someone (a redeemable/sympathetic lovable rogue / circus owner / a relative of one of the PCs / a traitor within the emissary's organization) The PCs next need to track the buyer as he departs from the market by (flying ship / circus caravan / series of mystical portals). Then they (fight / negotiate / sneak) in order to get the daughter back, assuming that's still a viable option... it could turn out that there is no need to return the daughter, if for example, the trail leads back to the emissary's home country and a traitor to the emissary is involved in the plot. Whatever. Hope this helps.
