Rerolls

Other than the LLuck domain and the tatooed monks Unicorn Tattoo are there any other ways to get rerolls?

Faiths & Pantheons has the prestige Auspician, which gives you Fickle Finger of Fate, which is like Luck domain except that it makes another reroll -- enemy or ally (I believe Fatespinner still gives this too). It's 3.0 technically, but afaik requires no updating for 3.5 games.

Amulet of Fortune Prevailing, from the MiniHB. Lets you reroll one saving throw, once per day.

For something exotic, now: Polymorph Any Object your familiar into a Vasuthant (MMIII). Its Reality Distortion ability forces three rerolls per day. Normally an offensive ability, but very nice for making saves as well.

It's a free action to activate, so the familiar needs to ready an action to do it.

Hmm.... so lets say you take all these... and throw them together...

Luckblade, Luck Domain, Amulet, polymorph, etc...

Your char would be pretty weak, but man could you reroll like a mo'fo...

The DMG2 also has a wondrous magic item called the mantle of second chances (6000 gp) which allows for one reroll per day.

There's also the feat Dive for Cover in Complete Adventurer. On a failed Reflex save, you may attempt a reroll, but you land prone inyour square.

Races of destiny also has some racial feats that eventually grant rerolls.

There's the Devil's Own Luck feat from WoT, but that's not D&D. I don't see a problem with allowing it, though (IMO, WoT is really underpowered compared to D&D anyway).
