Reserve feats

As you all might know the reserve feats enable you to deal damage as long as you keep one spell.(For example if you keep a fireball you can cast as many 3d6 damage as you want) Now the question i like to ask is : Can a duskblade use his arcane channeling to deliver this damage with a meele attack ?

No because the use of a Reserve Feat is a Supernatural Ability. Arcane Channeling only uses Touch Spells.

Mind you, if you use one of the melee boost abilities (such as Blade of Force), that's another story...
