Resident Evil: Apocalypse teaser

I recall seeing it right before watching Once Upon A Time In Mexico and thought it was pretty clever. I never saw the first film but many of my friends said it was worth a rental. So now I'll have to check it out and maybe the sequel as well. I am a huge fan of the games but the movie trailer for the first one did nothing for me....

I like the teaser.

Some people like the movie, some don't.

I Love it!

Awesome zombiefied actiony goodness!

IMHO of course! ;)

I was more interested in Returner. Once again, the Japanese make something cool out of a fusion of MI2, the Terminator films, transformable robots and ID4.

I loved the teaser. I thought it was pretty unique, since it looks just like a ponds commercial until they mention it's made with their "t-cell" formula. I'm looking forward to it. I even liked teh first one, except for the bullet time scene. This one will even have Jill Valentine in it.

Teaser was great, especially when my wife fell for it and nearly asked "who makes such a great sounding product?" Didn't see the 1st, but we may have to rent it once I explained the story a bit to her.

I loved the teaser! I was going 'Man, they usually put the crappy movie commercials at the beginning, what's up with this after the trailers have already started?' Though at least once or twice, they've run commercials after the trailers.

Then I see the 'Umbrella Corporation' symbol and I burst out laughing. I couldn't help myself; it was wonderful.

I really liked the first movie a great deal, much more so than I thought I would. From the trailer it looks like they might be picking up where the last one left off. Having never played the games, I have no idea, though.

The teaser just reminded me of those bug ads, someone doing something and then a bug walks across the screen. I think it was also done a few years ago with another movie and the ads were pulled after complaints.

The first movie was okay, wait to see more on this one.

Was unwowed by the first movie, although apparently I'm a snob. Any time I'm in the middle of a movie and think, "Man, the game was better," that's never a good sign. It felt too much like they were trying to copy aspects of the game, and so it ended up feeling as though I was watching someone try to play the game -- yes, now we do a computer shot of the map, just like the map in the game, now we have some overlaying dialogue during a cutscene, now we have the random inclusion of techno-exciting music... It had video-game pacing and video-game feel, but I didn't actually get to PLAY. :)
