To expand - the cadence of a Gygaxian 'Underworld' is that the PCs go from town to dungeon, delve into the sightless depths, hopefully survive to return to town, where they rest and train. A weekly schedule works well, and 1 week LR does away with stuff like resting overnight in the dungeon - which would often logically be suicidal. I don't alter the 1 hour Short Rest as it works well in megadungeon delve, PCs often get a couple SR into the single session delve then return home at end of session.
