Swarms normally do not advance. However, the silthilar, from whom we borrowed the coalesced form ability, can advance by character class. So this is a simple yes/no poll: Should the creature be allowed to advance by character class?

That can be solved with a level adjustment of "-". That doesn't necessarily prevent an enemy with rogue or heck, swashbuckler levels.
