Since this is an "anti-inevitable", I voted Double Standard.

Definitely "various bits of special materials" - including gemstones etc. It wouldn't really be carrying any posessions, so any treasure would be bits formally part of its own body. 1/2 standard sounds about right. Any more than that, and you'd have to give it a crapload of diamonds or start to worry about weight issues.
