Oh, I should mention that one of my little house rules is that Improved Initiative can stack, which is why that big dumb guy grunther has it twice. If you don't like that rule, then you can just swap it out for another feat.

Cool. I'll probably switch that feat out, as I don't want my party's rogue taking Improved Intitative again.

Also, for the fundamentals, they should have at least one feat for being outsiders. I'll probably give them weapon finesse, thus increasing their to-hit from -3 to +3.

Has anyone converted the Dim Triad?

Im converting them as level 14 wizards and using the ravenloft rules, ancient vampires

the mistress is an eminent vampire

I just did a really quick conversion of the Dim Triad since I was pressed for time the night that we were going to face them, so my work on them really wouldn't help anyone very much.

I went an odd way, because I wanted to use my Oriental Adventures book. I converted them as a Shugenja, a Wu jen, and a Weapon Master (Katana).

Yeah, I've recently finished converting it... a few of the things I did:

-I made "Moilian undead" a template and applied it to a medium zombie to make Moilian zombies;

-I made, um, the member of the Dim Triad who sneaks into the party's camp at night (can't remember his name) an assassin, since it seemed to fill his role nicely;

-I made the higher-level necromancers at the Bleak Academy pale masters, true necromancers, or black necromancers (a prestige class imc). (You do realize that RttToH is the inspiration for the pale master at least, right? They even mention the Academy in Tome and Blood...)

There were a few points at which I wasn't too sure what to do (the magen, for instance- never seen anything on them outside of RttToH), but overall it just took a little time. I'd love to post it but it's actually all on paper, not electronic.

Oh well, thanks anyway. Moilian undead as a template definitely sounds doable. I'll have to think about that before converting them, if I decide not to just use the other version posted here.
