D&D 3E/3.5 Reverse gravity (3.5)

The Spell description says that the area is up to one ten foot cube per two levels(s).
If i was a lvl twenty wiz could I make 10 ten foot cubes that i can place any where or does this mean I can make one 100 foot cube?

The former.

So you could do 100 feet of a long dungeon hallway (10'x10'), or a single "elevator" 100 feet tall.
