Since you didn't mention monsters, I assume they're not covered in detail. Is there a list detailing which standard 3e monsters represent the Warcraft beasts? Or an ad for an upcoming monster book for the Warcraft RPG?
Correct. There is a Warcraft RPG suppliment coming out in August or September called the
Manual of Monsters that will provide lots of Warcraft monsters for you to use in a Warcraft campaign.
The book does mention a few Monster Manual creatures that can be used with the Warcraft setting as well. Gnolls, golems, and kobolds are all mentioned, and owlbears are as well (although owlbears are called wildkin in Warcraft).

OK, how does the arcane corruption work?
There are no explicit rules that govern the corrupting effects of arcane magic on players. In fact, arcane spellcasters who exercise caution in their spellcasting have nothing to fear.
If a PC becomes reckless in their use of arcane magic, you could decide that it causes an alignment shift or even attract agents of the Burning Legion.
I'm also wondering if the upcoming Warcraft RPG suppliment
Magic & Mayhem will include rules for Arcane Corruption.

Gnomes do exist in the Warcraft universe, but they are exceedingly rare, and most people believe them to be nothing more than myth.
