A few people have been able to get through RCN's maze of problems and have discovered something I myself was unaware of. RCN has switched their servers so what was once joegk@rcnchicago.com has become joegk@rcn.com. Sorry for any confusion this has caused. Thanks to Philip and others for pointing me in the right direction on this.
