Hi all,
I'm playing in a few now, but I decided to start a new 5e campaign to try to fit it in when I can.
I'm using The Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle, but I kicked it off with a prequel that I created.
Cast of Characters
Mara – Female Human Fighter
Kat – Female Human Wizard
Vale – Male High Elven Rogue
My son, who is 14, played with us this time – He played the rogue. It was great fun. He has played a little 4e, and a bunch of Warhammer 40k and Deathwatch. He fit right into our game session, and I really enjoyed playing DMing for him and the others.
I started the campaign with each of the PCs trapped in a 5’x5’ cell in a prison in an old forest keep inhabited by kobolds. The PCs were stripped down to their undergarments and had no equipment. They had to get out of their cells and deal with the guards, find their stuff and escape the keep.
We did a ton in only 2 1/2 hours. I love low level 5e.
