Rich Baker was on Jeopardy! last night

It is a very rare thing that I watch any TV at all. And last night, I turned on TV on a whim, found Jeopardy! on, and saw Alex introducing the contestants. As soon as Rich was introduced, I rushed to my computer to alert ENWorld.

And ENWorld was down.

My first "breaking news" of potential interest to the community. Fail.

Yeah, he has mentioned on his blog that he was really nervous when on the show and not even feeling normal until after the first round I believe.

I expect he will post more on his blog now that he can talk a bit more about it. Previously he couldn't talk results until the show aired.

Pretty difficult I think. This excerpt is from the Ken Jennings FAQ:

They get tens of thousands of applicants every year for just 400 spots—mathematically, getting into Harvard or Yale is about eight times more likely than getting on Jeopardy!

I think that was dated 2006.

The number of people qualified to get on Jeopardy is probably significantly higher, thus garnering applications from a wider set of people.
