Fighting off the paralysis that is threatening her every muscle Phoenix buries her mind blade deep into the spellcasters torso. His eyes giving away the shock that she could shake the effects of his spell. The dwarf falls to the ground bleeding profusely and not moving, barely breathing.

Phoenix, F Elan Soulknife 3 (AC:15, HP: 21/31, PP: 0/6)

"Whew, that was getin' scary for a minute. What do ya think, Lookspring? Kill this one, or try to interrogate him? Could be risky trying to talk to a spellcaster though. There's another tunnel here to follow, we may be able to find someone easier to control and interrogate later if we even need to. Oh yeah, could ya give me another couple taps with that wand too? That sucker hit HARD." Phoenix asks Lookspring. "How's that downed sailor doing? If he's still breathing, we should probably give him a healing tap from the wand too." she tells Lookspring and the other sailors who are giving first aid to the one who fell.

OOC: If Lookspring doesn't want to interrogate, then Phoenix will finish off the spellcaster before searching the body and the room. If he does want to interrogate, then we'll try to stabalize the dwarf before stripping any gear off him, tying him up, gaging him, and then healing him enough to wake up and talk. Also, how many charges are left on the wand after these uses?

Somewhat irritated that he could not manage to hit much with his flurry of arrows, Lookspring nonetheless does as he's told and takes his wand out to give Phoenix a few charges of healing. He says, "We could tie him up so he can't wiggle his fingers, or cut out his tongue so he can't cast a spell. I'm sure he could write or pantomime something."

ooc - Lookspring Cure light wand (1d8+1=8, 1d8+1=9) for Phoenix
Lookspring Cure light wand (1d8+1=6, 1d8+1=8) for injured sailor
