Rifts D20, what would you use?

I would second the recommendation made by Micheal Tree (evidently a scholar and a gentleman, as well as an MnM fan) to use Mutants and Masterminds. You can get the whole range of Rifts character zaniness, with the relatively unknown (in Rifts) feature of character balance. It comes all in one book, which will save your backpack (and back) and the rules are pretty easy, especially after you've made your characters, the only complicated part of the game. You could probably use the game as-is, and only have to convert characters and creatures.

Plus, you can't go wrong in buying this gorgeous book.

OOOOO......k.

I've already got the book, I've had the book for some time. It doesn't fit my purposes. Please, get out of Green Ronin's lap, they don't wanna pet you.

I would use Dragonstar. Remove the space elements and its done. Add in some Savage Species and its pretty good already.
That's actually a very good idea, man. Dammit, another reason to pick up Dragonstar.

Of course, I'll still mix in other stuff.
