That is your opinion on the matter. I feel most incoporeal fooes have a low enough attack bonus where the cost is not so bad for a dedicated suit. Espeacialy considering that +4 armor only costs as much as a +3 weapon. QFT. You get the special abilities on the armor/shields, then use spells to rack up the enhancement bonuses on the items.
