New Major Ring
-HD all become d12
-Natural Armor +5
-1d8+5 negative energy touch attack at will
-Fear Aura 60' radius (Will DC 24)
-Paralyzing Touch (Fortitude save DC 24 at will, duration permanent)
-DR 15/+1
-Immune to all Cold and Electricity attacks and spells
-Immune to all mind affecting attacks and spells
-Immune to all necromantic effects
-Immune to spells that cause fort saves (that don't affect objects)
-Immune to polymorph
-Immune to spells that paralyze or stun
-Immune to all poison, sleep, and disease
-Immune to all death effects
-Immune to all ability drain
-Immune to all energy drain
-Immune to all critical hits
-Immune to all sneak attacks
-Immune to all ability damage
-Immune to all subdual damage
-Immune to all aging effects, character no longer dies from old age
-+2 Unnamed bonus to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma
-+48 to skills
-Con set to 10 regardless of how high or low it was
-Limited Immortality (if destroyed in some manner the character is not immune to, the character reappears 1d10 days later unless the ring is destroyed; the ring does not have to be worn for any of these effects to continue)
To put on this ring the wearer must pay a terrible price, his body will slowly become hideous looking and the ring will instantly devour 5000 XP to make these effects permanent. The effects of the ring are not reversible nor can they be dispelled.

If not, what would you say is a fair price for just the bolded spell protections permanently and not able to be dispelled?
