Robilar's Challenge or Karmic Strike

I wouldn't allow it.
I think by RAW that they are indeed provoking two AoOs, much like a Wizard who moves ten feet (but still in your melee range) and then casts a spell. Similarly, they are attacking and then hitting.

Maybe, but I still wouldn't allow it. ;)

And your opponent is going to be +8 to atk.
This too. It might be worth it to Combat Expertise though (or Improved Combat Expertise). The -5 to attack cancels out more than half of that and makes your chance to hit with all these attacks just like your second iterative attack.

I'd say the edge goes to Karmic Strike just because you can get it at such a lower level.

Can you get two AoO's if they had both feats. Isn't there a rule somewhere about not being able to provoke more than one AoO for a single action from the same creature?

On another note, I think it works brilliantly with Elusive Target's Negate Power Attack ability. Great for taking on the BBEG toe to toe, or large creatures.

Is there a reason you find it overpowered, Hong?

Getting one extra attack each time your opponent attacks/hits, on top of your regular attacks, is already pretty good. Getting 2 extra attacks goes into crazy territory, and the +8 and limit on AoOs won't slow down a smart powergamer.

They only get 2 if the opponent successfully hits them for +4 Damage though. The smart power-gamer tries to stay unhit despite Robi's Gambit
