Since the whip and whip dagger are now treated as melee weapons and you can do a whirlwind attack with it...can a rogue get a sneak attack on everyone within range of his whip with a whirlwind attack if he's blinking or improved invis? And if you can see invis, but don't have a ghost weapon, does that mean you're not flat-footed? Blink is such a confuzling spell.

Yes - the rogue can sneak attack on any attack on which his opponent is denied Dex bonus to AC.

Yes - if you can see invisible, then you don't lose your Dex bonus to AC when someone strikes 'as an invisible attacker'.
