Also, in addition to what I put, both rogues and fighters do get new utilities (even though the builds in the book don't have at-wills, encounters and dailies that could be used by other builds for those characters).
Some of the basic updates are available as a pdf off the WotC website (similar to the standard errata pdf, but just based on the essential book), but the new feats and utilities are in the book. Very similar to a new rogue build showing up in a martial power book ... not everything is going to work for an existing rogue build, but some of it might.
