Doesnt this revolutionise the 4e Rogue, especially Daggermaster,

The BS is a lot safer now, only having to move in for powers requiring mellee.

Not necessarily. It's not flanking from range, it's getting CA when you attack a target that's currently being flanked by 2 allies. So who's doing the flanking? Two Defenders? Where are the other enemies that they're not engaging because they're flanking the same target?

You can't expect your whole party to constantly flank enemies just so the Rogue can get CA at range. Plus, as you mentioned, you're still limited to ranged powers. If you want any of the melee only ones, you'll still need to get CA the old fashioned way.

How can one of your party flank the enemy alone?
This is great when you have a beastmaster ranger along:) Or maybe even for an archer ranger with a beast companion.

Maybe I had the feat misquoted by someone, I just thought it was one of your party flanking the enemy, not 2 ??

Yeah, the actual feat says that it's against a flanked target. Since you can't flank with one person, or flank at range, this means two people flanking the target and you firing at the target from range.

For example, the classic party is Fighter, Cleric, Wizard and Rogue (perhaps an archer ranger too). So who's going to flank? Now, the above mentioned beastmaster might be a good person to have around to help you with this. Barring that though (or multiple Rogues/Defenders/Melee Cleric), it's probably going to be a rather situational ability.

I pictured this feat giving you flanking from range
