Rogues get 5/level

First Post
Rogues get 12 +con score at 1st and then 5/level thereafter.

What do the other classes get?

My guess:
Ranger 15+con score+6/level
Warlord 15+con score+6/level
Fighter 18+con score+7/level

Warlock 12+con score+5/level
Wizard 9+con score+4/level

Paladin 18+con score+7/level
Cleric 15+con score+6/level

Does that seem about right?

From your post above, It looks like every defender gets 18, every striker or leader gets 15, and the only controller gets 9.

I don't think it'll be broken down like that. I expect the Warlord to get more HP than the Cleric, and the Warlock to get less than the Ranger.

Breaking it down by role is close,
Defender: 18+con score+7/level
Leader: 15+con score+6/level
Striker: 12+con score+5/level
Controller: 9+con score+4/level

But I can see the Ranger and Warlord potentially getting more.
In fact, I can see all martial characters just moving up one step in general.

D12 classes = 10

D4 classes = 3

Just my guess on the breakdown.
I think the differentiation between the d12 and d4 is too much. a 30th level barbarian would have 300hp?
More likely:
D12 classes = 8
D10 classes = 7
D8 classes = 6
D6 classes = 5
D4 classes = 4
Or more succinctly 1/2+2.

It's worth noting that the ranger and rogue are both strikers. So if hp are by roll, then they would both get the same hp.

Ignoring the precedents of previous editions, given that rogues are melee and rangers are ranged, I'd say if anything rogues need the hp more.

That would have been my guess as well, but because it is equivalent to;
Average (round up) + 1
