If your speed in unaffected by armor and your speed is 40 without armor then wouldn't your speed be 40 with armor?

You still can't tumble in heavy armor whether or not it affects your movement.

O-yori becomes AC +7, +3 Dex, -4 check penalty and the speed line reads just like that of light armor (or no armor).

Hmm...you might be right. Barbarian fast movement reads it adds +10 to the normal speed. Way of the Crab allows normal speed. Re-reading it, I'm probably interpreting that too strictly.
