rolled lvl 11 fighter what magic items should I get?

I'd go with +3 dwarven armor, vanilla +3 magic weapon, and a +2 Cloak of Survival.

For spending the cash, be sure to include a ranged weapon depending on your expertise, +2 distance throwing axe or hammer if you are an axe or hammer user, or a mage's drow long knife if you are a heavy blade user, or a flaming burst weapon of some sort for ranged burst marking (though you can probably only afford a +1 in the last case).

A good choices for feet slot is Boots of Free movement to make sure you can get where you need to go.

A lot of item choices can depend on the build so it's hard to make nongeneric recommendations. If you want to use Lasting Frost, you obviously want a Frost weapon. If you are an Eladrin you might like a Cloak of Translocation or some other sort of teleport boosting item. If your power choices include many shifting powers like Tide of Iron and Footwork Lure then Boots of Fencing Master are nice, but if your powers are more like Brash Strike or Crushing Surge, then those boots won't be quite so necessary. If you picked up Powerful charge and Hewing Charge, perhaps you want a Vanguard Weapon and a Horned Helm, as well as a Berserker's Badge, but if you use a Hammer you might be better off with an Avalanche Hammer.

So tell us more about your build, and we can make more suggestions.
